OMAD is a framework for helping us change the way we think about healthy eating, particularly when it comes to targeting sustained weight loss. Incorporating the idea of intermittent fasting, OMAD—or ‘One Meal a Day’ as the acronym refers to—provides an effective way to not only lose weight, but also to keep it off.

Typical weight loss programs focus on eliminating particular foods from our diet—usually the ones that we love! The problem is that whilst you might muster up enough motivation to achieve your weight loss goal, statistically speaking it’s not sustainable and more often than not the weight will be back on within 12 months. OMAD doesn’t follow the typical principles of dieting. Whilst it does focus on being mindful of calorie intake, the success of the program stems from the principals of intermittent fasting. With OMAD you’ll have an eating window everyday where you can still enjoy all your favorite foods. You can eat what you want, just not when you want it!

The program starts as soon as you sign up and will run for 6 months. This will provide sufficient time for you to form your new eating habits and incorporate them as part of your lifestyle after the program concludes. You’ll be able to track your progress in your online journal and share with others on the program if you want to. 

All exclusive content, weekly webinars and goals setting is delivered through our members portal, accessible from the website after subscription. New content is available each week from our coaches throughout the period of the program — or until you unsubscribe. You will also have the ability to send questions to our coaches through the website or closed Facebook group as you work your way through your Downsize Me journey.
